£500 Voucher - Terms & Conditions

  1. OFFER

    Fixie's new user promotion provides:

    - £500 discount on natural resin material models only.
    - Free file fixing, should the file not be print ready.

  2. ELIGIBILITY
    This offer is only available to first-time customers only.

    First-time customers are those that are signing on to the platform for the first time and creating a unique organisation. If colleagues in the same company have already set up an organisation this will void the voucher for the new sign-up.

    Organisations must have their own domain (i.e. gmail/outlook etc. emails will not be accepted). Please contact us if you have questions about this.

  3. ADDITIONAL COSTS

    Additional Costs not covered by the voucher:

    1. Bases and Cases

    2. Add-Ons

    3. Spray finishes

    4. Material costs over £500

    5. Delivery Costs

  4. OUTSIDE VOUCHER

    If you choose a material not covered by the voucher, or an earlier date you will see a warning that the discount has not been applied. Otherwise, anything outside of the offer will need to be paid for by the user prior to the order being fulfilled. 

    1. Any material other than natural resin

    2. Delivery times prior to 14 working days (delivery schedule for discounted models is extended).

  5. TIME PERIOD

    • The promotion lasts for roughly 2 months from May 15th, 2023 to July 21st, 2023.

    • The voucher is valid for 60 days from sign-up.

  6. OUTSIDE OF UK ORDERS

    If you’re based outside of the UK, we will arrange International carriage to your destination. The cost will be shared with you before the order is finalised.

    We can share separate payment details for non-GBP payments.

  7. RIGHT TO REFUSE

    Fixie Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any order, even for reasons not disclosed, but will endeavour to deliver all orders as our goal is to demonstrate our technology and service.

    Once ordered, we will approve the project and send an invoice for any additional payment required. You will be emailed updates automatically about project progress.
